Why you should start some goals in the middle

If you struggle with setting goals and find it even more difficult to achieve them, the problem may not be lack of motivation or willpower. The classic method of setting a  goal with the end result in mind, then working backwards to break it down into actionable steps doesn't work for every kind of goal, says author and entrepreneur Scott Young. While they still require planning, commitment and effort, some goals aren't sequential and it's better not to set the concrete results you want at the beginning.
