We all want to find and do the work we love. Yet telling someone to follow their passion may not be the best advice to give. Narrowing your focus to pursue what you're already passionate about can be limiting and stifle your growth. And to suggest that by following your passion you'll never actually work a day in your life, can also give the impression that the journey will be easy. "The thing I learned about passion was that I had more than one. Once I realized I could never feed them all, it was a huge relief," writes Matt Tanner. To help you decide the best course of action, Tanner explores here how we define passion and presents the case both for and against finding what you love and making it your job.
