According to research, companies may be losing thousands of hours of productivity to employees looking up information they’ve already been taught during their training. While some companies aren’t offering enough training, one of the main problems cited is insufficient use of tools that can help employees retain information from their training, with 70 percent of employees admitting they forget what they’ve been taught within 24 hours of learning.
