3 rules I use to stay productive and not overwhelmed

Life can often seem a juggling act of multiple responsibilities and it's easy to start feeling overwhelmed by a hectic schedule with a rapidly expanding to-do list. While you can get more output from a machine by running it for more hours, that doesn't work with people. Too much work without a break makes us feel tired and stressed, reduces productivity and impacts our performance. As a father of three children under the age of three, entrepreneur, and early-stage startup investor, Ted Serbinksi "realized the key to managing the overwhelm and finding focus has come down to three essential rules."
